The Role


The Role


This role is accountable and responsible for new card acquisition via the Direct Sales and Telesales channel across all markets in Middle East. He / she must develop and implement sales strategies, tactics and market driven campaigns that optimize the DSA channel performance and profitability.
The position shall be responsible for delivering aggressive new card targets and qualified leads to the markets via the telesales channel working closely with Country Managers, Risk and Marketing to deliver against the agreed Country NCA plans.

• Develop and implement business plans for Consumer business in the Middle East, including the annual SQP and budgets
• Build a sales management discipline across all markets and develop a successful and highly motivated sales team
• Assisting the markets to deploy effective sales roles and organizational structures with which to optimally achieve the cards targets.
• Analyzing resource deployment and associated costs to identify areas for performance and cost improvement.
• Effective coordination between HQ groups (Marketing, HR, Risk, New Accounts, and Customer Service) and cards sales managers/country managers to ensure full alignment between strategic imperatives and local market executions.
• Develop and manage a best in class telesales group.
