Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Maintain good business relations with current and existing clients, and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients
Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit; analyzing trends and results; establishing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Initiate and follow up the prequalification activity with clients.
Prepare and submit competitive quotation to the clients.
Follow up with the clients and generate the purchase orders.
Review the project costing report and take appropriate actions.
Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
Comply with QHSE requirement as applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in project sales with strong business development skills
Hands-on project experience/background with oil refineries/oil & gas industry during the initial years of career.
Experience in completing the pre qualification activities of major oil companies.
Proven experience in regional business development/ project sales covering the GCC region
- KSA, Qatar, Kuwait & Oman with the End Users
Pre qualification exposure on a regional level
Hands-on project experience during the initial years of career.
Should have a BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. MBA/PGDM would be an advantage
