Regional Sales Manager – Traditional Trade
Our client is a respected name in the FMCG Industry with some very successful brands across the Middle East.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the main responsibility of Regional Sales Manager, Traditional Trade is the achievement of sales, distribution, display and sales activation objectives through an effective and motivated sales force in a specified region. You will lead the regional Traditional Trade team by ensuring the recruitment, training and development at each level,Develop, plan and achieve the monthly and annual sales targets,Set KPIs along with sales & distribution targets. Periodic market visits to the region to maintain full awareness of the level of exposure, implementation and developments in the outlets in respective sub channels in the region. Implementation of all consumer promotions, trade offers and other BTL activities.
8 years sales experience, out of which 2 years’ experience should be at a managerial role. Sales process of van sales (Direct Distribution) and pre sales (Go to market), Trade marketing exposure, working knowledge of production and supply chain processes. Basically you should have strong Traditional Trade understanding / experience.
