Employment: Full Time

A leading software company which provides Finance/ Accounting software is looking for Regional Sales Manager to be part of their extensive growth to focus on the real estate sector

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of all software sales and business development activities
• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales team, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all clients of the Company through an effective sales force
• Establish performance goals for all sales force, and monitor performance on a continual basis.
• Oversee all hiring, training and development of personnel involved in Sales.
• Develop and participate with the Senior Mgmt, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all clients of the Company through an effective sales force.
• Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
• Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents

Requirements

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Solid sales exposure to Real estate, construction and public sectors
• Good experience in selling the softwares like Oracle, Microsoft products, ERP,CRM softwares
• Arabic Speaker.
• At least 5 to 10 years solid experience in sales and management with proven targets and achievements
• Sales exposure – managing the team
• Excellent Salary + commissions + benefits
