Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The prime aim is to drive and develop sales and product profitability on the Industrial Valve market for our client in the U.A.E, Oman & Egypt.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical background. Experience from the industrial sector (Desalination, Power) and understanding of the project business between client, contractor and consultant and how to influences decision makers are a must.

The candidate would preferably have a technical education combined with an extensive commercial background coupled with the ability to lead both commercial and technical negotiations.

Having worked in the GCC region for a period of minimum 5 years and understanding the challenges in working in a multi-cultural environment would be a preference.

Arabic speaking candidate is preferred and western educated candidate will be a plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Take over and Grow the existing Project Portfolio.
- Develop and increase Project visibility in the Region (U.A.E , Oman & Egypt)
- Ensure products approvals are in place with main clients in the respective region within Oil & Gas, Desalination, District Cooling & Petrochemical segments.
- Appoint, Develop & Drive sales with Local Business Partner/ Agent to increase sales & bookings
opportunities.
- To manage the day to day activities for the company sales organization.
- Coordinate with inside sales engineer to prioritise offer and ensure on time response to clients.
- To develop strong relationships with key clients.
- Build up relationships with key EPC’s and end users as well as consultant within the U.A.E, Oman & Egypt
- Main focus on are Desalination & Power Segments to increase market shares.
- Experience in Oil & Gas & Petrochemical is a plus.
- Capable to deal with Multiple product offering (Packaging)
- Ability to deliver Value Proposition Message & Technical Presentation to Clients
- Develop and prepare monthly report to General Manager.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for sales and bookings for his region.
- Working on specifications and approvals to ensure preference for the company products.
- Negotiations of key projects and contracts.
- Ensure information regarding required products and competitor activity are fed back to the General
Manager.

Package

- Total package of approx. 24,000 – 26,000 AED/month which include costs for car, housing etc.
- Local health insurance (incl. family).
- 1 free ticket to home country (incl. family).
- Attractive bonus structure based on sales and profitability.
- End of service benefit (ESOB) and vacation according to local laws and regulations
