Job description / Role
A top international Medical Device company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Dubai to take responsibility for the Distributor network in the GCC & Levant region.
The roles and responsibilities for this position are to:
- Develop and maintain new and existing distributors / key-accounts
- Implement and execute direct sales and marketing activities
- Set customer performance benchmarking
- Carry out strategic market & competitor analysis
- Support product launches and provide product training to customers
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must possess a degree with 5 years experience in a Sales and Account / Distributor Management role within the Medical Device industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
You must have a proven sales history and be proactive when accomplishing sales targets.
Must have the ability to travel and be fluent in English and Arabic.
