Regional Sales Manager - Dubai - LV Switchgear

Up to AED 30k + Family Benefits

A leading multinational company who specialise in manufacturing high quality electrical products, are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced AREA SALES MANAGER who will develop, direct and manage a regional sales team.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who is flexible and able to complete regular sales trips to Iran. Also the successful candidate must be able to speak fluent Persian.

Main responsibilities:
- Achieve country sales & margin targets.
- Generate & achieve sales through projects & distribution network.
- Development and management of distributor, panel builders, system integrators.
- Customer base - consultants, architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, panel builders, system integrators, private developers & Government Institutions.
- Develop & maintain excellent relationship with customers.
- Promote various company brands & products with customers.
- To be aware of local competitor activity and products
- Achieve business growth & increase market share.
- To achieve specification targets with specifiers, developers & Govt departments.
- Devise & implement a marketing & communication plan within the agreed budget.

Requirements

- Graduate Electrical Engineer, with minimum 5-10 years working experience in the Middle East.
- Good Knowledge of L.V. Switchgear, Wiring Accessories, Home Automation and Cable Management Systems.
- Successful track record of generating business through channel partners, projects and specifications.
- Excellent relationships with Distributors, Panel Builders, Contractors, Consultants, Utilities, Architects and Interior Designers.
- Motivated, creative, proactive, able to work as a team member in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent business communication skills in written / spoken English and Persian mandatory.
- Valid driving license; should be able to travel within the Middle East.
- Available to start at a months notice.
