The RoleThe RoleThis multinational, western, family owned skincare company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Dubai. Day to day you will manage at team of 6 Medical Representatives, 4 based in the UAE and 2 based in Kuwait. You will also personally manage key accounts and be involved in tender business. The key selling point of this business is the way they manage and develop their staff. They understand how important staff retention is and they therefore ensure that their staff are happy and continually developed. |
RequirementsRequirements- Strong background in sales management within pharmaceutical and OTC markets - Proactive mindset with natural drive - A proven track record in sales achievement and man-management - Able to get the best out of a sales team - Arabic / English speaking / writing |
