The RoleThe RoleOur client is a rapidly expanding business bringing with exclusive FMCG brands that sell into the hotels, airlines, experience in supplying great brands and products to the market. In terms of ranges and markets they import and export both food and non-food products across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.They are currently seek to hire a high calibre Regional Sales Manager to support the ambitious growth plans of their business. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and growing the existing customer base as well as developing sales and hiring a team across the region.The business is based in Dubai, they are a medium sized operation that is currently expanding its extensive supplier base and distribution network across the whole MENA region, particularly in the UAE. Candidates must possess a degree in business or another relevant field and should have a minimum of 8 years National Accounts sales and business development experience in the FMCG sector dealing with a variety of trade channels. Hotels, catering and retail sector experience in the GCC will be exceptionally useful. Incumbents must be results oriented and have a proven track record of achieving company sales objectives. Excellent verbal communication in English as well as good negotiation skills are a must. |
