A leading multinational chemical manufacturing firm is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Cairo, Egypt.

Reporting to Regional Manager

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Manage the Sales Team by setting clear and measurable individual targets & KPIs for direct reports/consultants
- Ensure compliance, anti-trust and business ethics.
- Ensure development plan for all employees including skills development to ensure maximum job efficiency and satisfaction of employees in your team.
- Manage and monitor annual budget, forecast and cost budget.
- Ensure that all sales activities, plans are aligned with S&OP
- Develop and implement strategy, and the successful execution of sales activities.

Requirements

Excellent command of English University Degree or BSc (Agriculture), Pharma Sales Management Experience - Min 7 years Strong commercial and market orientation Management experience, Experience in process organization, Leadership
