Off-Site Construction Technology Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a leading Off-Site Construction Technology Company who specialise in providing innovative tailor made, turn-key bathroom and kitchen manufacture and installation solutions using Off-Site Construction Technology; are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their offices in Riyadh, who can lead and grow their business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Sales Manager (UAE), the proven performer we seek will be responsible for:
• Developing business relationships with key influencers (major projects)
• Securing key target projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Promoting brand awareness and overall company image in target territories
• Identifying and developing construction solutions that add value and meet client needs
• Managing all required sales reporting in a timely manner
• Working closely with the Sales Manager in reviewing total commercial performance and establishing or refining strategies that are in line with main business goals
• Interface with other key company departments to ensure that projects are delivered in line with customer requirements and maximise net profitability

Requirements

The attributes we seek for this successful candidate include:

• Candidates must possess a relevant degree (preferably in civil/mechanical engineering).
• Minimum of 7 years in sales, with a proven track record of successful sales in a similar industry.
• Must be an experienced and skilled negotiator, with excellent networks within the construction/building solutions industry. The ability to work across various levels of management and within a multi-cultural environment is required.
• Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
• A good command of English and Arabic language skills is essential.
