Our client is an industry leading producer of innovative gas detection instrumentation whose success has been achieved through a commitment to providing customers with high performance, dependable products backed by exceptional customer service and support. Due to expansion a fantastic opportunity has risen to join this team.

Your role as Regional Sales Manager will involve managing distribution partner networks for all targeted market segments. You will identify, select, evaluate, and monitor distribution performance and develop and train distributors to become experts in the company’s portfolio of products. You will also seek to develop new business opportunities and create demand for products directly with end users/ customers.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering with a minimum of five years’ experience in a sales related role, selling products to the Oil and Gas sector preferably within KSA. You will have knowledge and understanding and/or safety industry products and have a solid sales track record. Additionally you should have the ability to manage a distribution channel, be self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of the role you must be influential with decision makers at all levels of the business and as required by our client fluency in Arabic both reading and writing is essential.
