Millar Cameron are a leading international recruitment consultancy, working with biotechnology companies all of over the world.

We are currently representing a leading speciality chemicals company, who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for their crop care business, to be based in Istanbul. This role will involve up to 70% travel across the Black Sea region, the Middle East and Asia.

Regional Sales Manager responsibilities:
Generating new sales across the region
Managing key business accounts, including introducing new products and application ideas
Engaging with business negotiations, and pricing of products
Monitoring competitor information

Requirements

Regional Sales Manager requirements:
Work experience in the crop care industry herbicides/pesticides
Bachelors Degree qualified in Agricultural Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
The ability to travel extensively up to 60/70% of the time
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or key account management
Fluent English
