Job description / Role
My client, an international luxury brand, are recruiting for a Regional Sales Representative based in their Dubai office. The prospective candidate will focus on maintaining customer relationships with regional distributors, business development, sales targets and troubleshooting on customer problems in line with the contract and internal standards. The client is looking for a fluent Arabic and English speaker. French is preferred.
All prospected candidates will be expected to carry out (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Identify and secure business from new and existing customers, and ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers and monitor developments
- Contribute to developing a sales plan with management which is in line with the company strategy and international/local standards
- Negotiate with internal and-or external parties, acquire approval and close the contract
- Coordinate, execute, maintain and or improve department administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements
- Apply knowledge and understanding of GCC and Levant market within the luxury retail market
- Travel to countries within the region including KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc. in order to increase client portfolio
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is preferable
- Excellent understanding of the GCC market
- At least 2-3 years experience working in a similar position
- Good knowledge of local laws and regulations
- Degree qualification in Business Studies, Economics, Finance (or related)
