Job description / Role
Our client is a highly established US based family owned manufacturing business with a reputation for being the world’s number one in their field. They have a multibillion dollar turnover and offices worldwide, with aggressive expansion plans in the UAE.
This newly created role will assist in growing their market presence by targeting the major Oil and Gas companies, making contact with the end user to establish their brief and needs and then work alongside the distributor to create tenders and close deals.
This is an independent role and will involve a lot of appointment setting and face to face meetings throughout the UAE (mostly Abu Dhabi). It is a truly consultative role and will be mainly dealing within HSE Directors/Managers within prospective client organisations.
Requirements
You should be a Western educated sales professional who has a minimum of 2 years experience in the region. Due to the amount of travel required you should hold a UAE driving license and have access to your own car. Although our client is open on background, any experience selling to the Oil and Gas sector or any previous exposure to fabric or garment sales would be hugely advantageous.
The successful candidate should be driven, an excellent communicator and have a proven track record in working independently.
