Job description / Role
Regional Sales Supervisor - Adhesives Technologies - KSA
- Establishing distribution network in the dedicated area.
- Hiring and providing trainings to distributors sales force.
- Planning and executing sales routes.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Planning distributor stocks based on actual and target figures.
- Executing sales promotions and introducing new product(s) to the market.
Requirements
- Holding a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- FMCG experience in distribution and sales is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).
- Proficient user of Microsoft office applications.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
