Regional Security Adviser Middle East and Africa

Reporting to the Director of Security, India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA), this Regional Security Advisor will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and provide security support for The Boeing Companys people, information, property and operations throughout the Middle East and Africa, and outside the region as required.

Responsibilities will include consulting, advising, and applying current security standards as well as Boeing security processes and procedures. Expertise is required in the areas of physical, personnel, and industrial security, security risk assessment, export compliance, emergency planning and crisis management.

The position holder will be the focal for the application and execution of The Boeing Company's High Risk Travel process. The incumbent will conduct investigations, deliver critical security assessments, oversee the support provided by contracted security vendors and promote security education and training initiatives.

This position will require excellent communication and complex problem solving abilities. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining effective liaison with government representatives and regional agencies.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This requisition is for an international local hire, Boeing Level 4, position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level, are not part of Boeing US-based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable local law. Limited relocation benefits available.
