Job description / Role
For a Multinational Company from Germany.
Duties are:
Implement and monitor the Power Tool Division Service Policies in the region Africa North of Equator.
Discuss plans, to establish & maintain the best After Sales Service for power tools, in each market.
Responsible for After Sales Service of countries in North Africa (5), Central Africa (NG,GH,AO), East Africa (ET,TZ, KE,SD)
Supervise the After Sales Service workshop and network of our appointed sole importers/agents (AVs).
Conduct regular service audits, develop and implement improvement plans together with AVs.
The role requires extensive travelling, long working hours & determination in pursuing the set goals with 3rd parties.
Requirements
Education (incl. language): Graduate in mechanical/electrical or service engineering or equivalent practical work experience (min 5-8 years in electrical services. Languages French & English mandatory, Arabic helpful. PC skills.
Knowledge and Skills: Good planning & organizational skills, ability to manage multi-cultural work force, coaching & training skills, fast decision making, target setting & performance monitoring skill, thorough technical knowledge on power tools & usage. Service & commercially oriented.
