Eastern Morris Crane Co Ltd. a Joint Venture between Al Zamil Group Holding Saudi Arabia and Morris Material Handling Ltd. in the United Kingdom was set up in 2000 to manufacture cranes in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

As a result of our continuing success we recognize the importance of providing our customers with the best after sales service and back up.

We are seeking to recruit a Regional Service Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, who will manage and be fully responsible for the further development, expansion and profitability of our service business.

The key areas of the position will be:

„h service management and retention
„h customer service
„h personnel co-ordination

Satisfying customers is the absolute key to success in this business.

This is a highly challenging and demanding role with excellent potential for development in the fastest growing Saudi Arabian Crane Company.

Eastern Morris Crane Co Ltd operates from its purpose built factory and head office located in Dammam.

We have already developed sales and crane-servicing centers operating out of Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh, Jeddah and export throughout the GCC.

Requirements

Knowledge of the crane and hoist industry is essential as is previous hands on experience of crane/hoist manufacturing, installation, modifications service and repair.

Possess a technical background and qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Experience of working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is desirable.

Must be totally committed, results driven self-motivated, a proactive self-starters, energetic and dynamic individual.

Previous man management experience ideally in a multinational environment is essential.

Flexible and totally customer focused.

Be prepared to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and surrounding countries.

Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the strategic issues affecting a business and its development.

Commitments to health, safety and quality issues are essential.
