Employment: Full Time

My client a Global Company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Regional Talent/HR Director to focus on Talent Management, Retention, Mobility and Training etc.

You must be from Media Communications or Broadcast Media background with strong experience in Talent Management.

With a keen focus on Talent Management, you will work together with Regional Business Leaders, Regional Business Partners and peers from the other regions on a strategy that supports the business needs with regards to career progression and talent development. You will ensure these regional programs are developed, deployed and followed up in the region. In consultation with key business leaders in the region, translate the global framework into a comprehensive strategy to support learning and people development needs of the businesses.

Your primary area of focus will be to partner the various business units in the Talent Review Process in identifying talents, successors and their development plans as well as in areas of Executive Coaching for identified top talents.

•Execute Corporate and Regional talent management, leadership and professional development within the framework provided by Corporate, localizing and repurposing content and delivery methods to meet regional/country talent management goals
•Interpret results of assessment tools and facilitate large group/ individual post-assessment discussions
•Align training development and delivery with talent management program to support employee development needs of employees
•Develop and deliver regional learning contents (e.g. delegation, presentation skills, workload management, performance management, culture) that are aligned to organizational needs and Leadership Competency Framework
•Measure effectiveness of training programs by examining learners’ satisfaction levels, competence, job performance and results to business
•Develop/source, and deliver multimedia resources (e.g. virtual learning, mobile learning, e-learning, video-casts, podcasts etc.,) to promote effective delivery of learning content

Requirements

•Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Behavioural Sciences, Industrial / Organizational psychology, Instructional Design or equivalent
•At least 10 years’ experience in talent management/learning & development, including 3 years in regional business partner role, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
•Regional and cross-functional experience is a must.
•Experience in implementing and managing of regional High Potential Program, Succession Planning, and talent management programs is a must
•Expert presentation and organizational skills, analytical and systems skills along with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
•Excellent oral and written English communication skills
•Strong ability to conduct and facilitate training in English is a must
•Ability to translate ideas into clear written and visual materials/communication
