Job description / Role
Key Objectives:
Product: Printers
- Plan & Execute Training for Authorized B2B Service Partners in MENA region
- Resolving technical issues of Authorized B2B service centers handling IT products (Printer)
- Plan & Execute Training for Contact center on IT Products (Printer)
- Equipping the service center technicians with technical knowledge and Repair know how tips during prior & post launch of product in the market
- Optimizing the repair cost to improve repair capability & efficiency
- Check readiness of new service centers
- Provide solution to technical queries raised by B2B service centre technicians
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team in HQ-GBM for issues related to service contents, technical issues, technical training or service policies
- Schedule Onsite Trainings to service centers in MENA region
- Monitor and manage quality issues
- Schedule & carryout reworks for units based on information provided by factory
- Supporting Sales team by conducting installation training for Merchandiser
- Visiting to the customer site along with B2B service engineer to resolve complicated cases
- Conduct regular Visit Authorized Service Center work shop to monitor the Repair procedure
- Handling Technical issues or quality issues reported after receiving Commissioning report
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Required Language Skills: English & Arabic
- Previous Experience: Min. 4-5 years with B2B printer solutions
- Other requirements: post requires frequent travel across MENA region
- Preferred maximum age limit: 32 years
