Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting directly to Middle East Training Manager and to the country HR Director, the Regional Trainer will be in charge of training delivery in a few countries of the Middle East - UAE, KSA (for male training only), Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain. Countries will be decided according to candidate profile.

The Regional Trainer will be in charge of deploying the Middle East Training portfolio, including:

INDUCTION TRAINING
- Organise in-class training for the countries, several times a year, according to the needs (work closely with the HR department to monitor new joiners arrival), in line with the Training calendar defines with the Training Manager will require travelling
- Fully responsible for all modules delivery (selling techniques, categories, brand knowledge)
- Create and/or update training material and tools to keep the training up to date (work closely with the Senior Trainer for category training)
- Train retail store & Head Office employees
- Follow up & coach all new in-store employees during a period of 3-month work closely with Field Trainer for follow up of Action Plan
- In charge of Induction training for Brand Ambassadors (working in retail stores)

SELLING TECHNIQUES TRAINING
- According to the business needs, propose, create and update training material and tools to train the sales force on selling techniques, customer service and loyalty program
- Organise in-class trainings for the countries several times a year, in line with the Training calendar defines with the Training Manager will require travelling
- Train retail store teams, including Store Managers, Specialists, Beauty Consultants & Education Leads
- Provide a coaching plan and follow up with all attendees

CATEGORY TRAINING
- Work closely with the Senior Trainer (Make-up & Skincare) to receive training material and tools to deliver Basic & Advanced levels of Make-up & Skincare trainings
- Create and update training material and tools for Fragrance training
- Responsible to deliver all levels of Fragrance training in the countries

IN-STORE COACHING
- Provide Field Trainer with feedback & Action Plan for all attendees
- Provide at least 1 follow up visit and then handover to the Field Trainer
- Identify & provide coaching to Beauty Consultants, on special needs
- Main focus on customer service & selling techniques
- Work closely with the Field Trainer for training follow up & feedback

BUSINESS SUPPORT TRAINING
- In charge of training on business support (Winshop, Mobile POS)
- Receive training material and tools from EMEA Training Department and update accordingly

ADMIN TASKS
- In-store visit report, in-class training report & monthly activity report
- Follow up on e-learning participation
- Attend TTT 2/year in France

Will require 60% of time IN and 40% of time OUT (in-store to follow-up on training and assess Field Trainers) - 3 days IN and 2 days OUT / week

Requirements

- Male or female (Note: Male only for KSA male training)
- English & Arabic speaker
- Available to travel in GCC and Europe (mandatory)
- Minimum 3/4 years experience in training and/or sales within the beauty industry
- Worked on the shop floor before (is a +)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Good knowledge in use of PowerPoint & excel
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
