Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious retail organisation with a global presence. Our client is looking to hire a Regional Visual Merchandiser for the Middle East.
You will be responsible for leading the stores to achieve their objectives pertaining to sales. This will include visual presentations, training and development. You will also provide training on presentation standards and product knowledge. You will partner in the 3 scheduled new store openings collaborating with key cross-functional business partners including the Retail Operation Manager, Store Managers, Sales Associates and Corporate Visual Team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years visual merchandising experience alongside knowledge of regional merchandising. You should have an art, design or creative background. In addition, you should have a strong customer service orientation as well as be extremely organised with the ability to prioritize your work coupled with solid planning, communication and leadership skills.
