Job description / Role
Our client is a Multi Specialty Hospital of a major oil company in the Middle East that serves its employees and families as well as the residents of the community where the Head Quarters is also located. The hospital has been newly renovated and expanded from 171-bed to a 300-bed acute care hospital with state-of-the-art technology and facilities.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
Directs, supervises and controls various nursing activities within assigned area executed in each working shift. Manages all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. Implements and ensures safe smooth delivery of standard Nursing care.
Requirements
• B.S Degree in Nursing from recognized University.
• 7 years related experience including 2 years experience as a Charge Nurse
