Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assist in Regulatory Affairs matters ensuring compliance of products and processes with countries legislation and rules.

Assist in aspects of Quality Management and Control and be responsible for registering and maintaining/monitoring the product master data internally and externally to our service providers and distribution partners.

Principal Accountabilities/Main Tasks:

Documentation and Reporting System
•Maintain and update Regulatory Library with copies of all country registration files.
•Build and update product data base.
•Receive applications and set up the technical files.
•Generate reports, summaries of regulatory data and information for presentations or special regulatory affairs projects.

Products Registration and Regulatory Compliance
•Preparing technical files and design dossiers for registration.
•Handling new product registrations, product relaunch registrations, product renewals, site registrations, and marketing authorization holder registrations of cosmetics, medical devices, general sale list items, and health products.
•Transpose registration data and dossiers in required format and language to submit information to authorities. Planning for the appropriate timelines of receiving, dispatching and submitting all requested documents to distributors and concerned government authorities
•Obtain launch and re launch samples and packaging.
•Partnering with relevant functional teams such as distributors, production centers, health authorities, marketing affiliates, sales affiliates, and supply planners to ensure a successful continuity of business
•Establish contacts with local authorities and act as secondary contact for regulatory issues.
•Follow-up with distributors and concerned government authorities until approval of the registration application is complete, and the product is successfully launched into the markets.
•Assisting in quality-related tasks such as handling consumer questions, queries, and complaints

Regulatory Affairs Communication
•Follow up regulatory affairs requests from HQ and the production centers (PCs).
•Communicate with HQ and PCs.
•Support the Formula and Regulatory team in the HQ on administrative projects.

Requirements

•Bachelor from an accredited university with a focus on Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Chemistry or Pharmacy
•2-3 years experience in field of regulatory affairs, preferably with an FMCG company/ pharmaceutical company
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.
•High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, ideally with experience Access or another database program
•SAP knowledge is mandatory
•Excellent communication skills
•Attention to detail and rigorous accuracy
•Time management skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
