The RoleThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for Regulatory Officer based in Kuwait. The successful candidate will plan and executes all activities necessary for the registration of new products and line extension indications for our Pharmaceuticals-Medical Division. The job requires good understanding of procedures and concepts within pharmacy, legal and business in order to ensure products that meet the required legislation. Has Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used within Regulatory Authorities. Manages and facilitates all registration related activities; Completes forms and requests originating from government agencies; Maintains contact with the regulatory authorities; Provides the management with regulatory input in order to obtain timely regulatory approvals for the products as part of the product development planning; Deals with quality related questions and complaints; Updates licensing and collect information on registration instructions and regulations; Ensuring that the company that a company's products comply with the regulations of the Medicine and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency; Keeping abreast of international legislation, guidelines and customer practices |
RequirementsRequirements University degree in related Field preferably in Pharmacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, English Common courtesy Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results Work precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations Recognize recurring issues and analyze their causes in order to reach a solution Good understanding and appreciation of relevant legal, scientific and manufacturing areas |
