The Company:
Established as one of Bahrain’s top locally owned Banks, our client was set up over 60 years ago and now has over 500 employees. They have a major share of the domestic banking market. Our client is urgently looking for a Relationship Manager – Commercial/Corporate Banking for their Riyadh Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standard of customer service, asset protection and credit administration, structuring, documentation and ongoing accounts management tasks
• Recommend appropriate pricing, product, services strategies and changes thereto to maintain competitive position and ensure market penetration
• Study, analyze and report on market and economic conditions and government controls to identify and interpret the changing needs and wants of the Commercial/Corporate business
• Evaluate competition and identify their weakness which could be exploited to the company’s advantage
• Keep track o new products, technologies and services available in the market and make necessary recommendations
• Ensure that credit files are maintained on all prospects names
• Submit periodical Marketing Call Programs and New Business Development Lists to inform Senior Management of results achieved in the marketing area
• Assist the Division’s Head in recommending an organization structure which is capable of meeting the Division’s objectives at an optimal cost to the Bank
• Develop training programs to address the needs of inexperienced staff
• Implement established credit policies and procedures, pricing and terms oh acceptance for Commercial/Corporate Banking customers
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures, pricing and terms of acceptance as appropriate to maintain and improve the bank’s competitive position
• Act as a link between customers and operating departments to ensure high standard of product
• Be alert to market trends that may adversely impact existing borrowers
• Institute legal action, where appropriate, and follow up on court cases with designated bank’s legal counsel

Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Advance degree in Accounting or Commerce from a reputable University
• Seven to ten years experience in marketing and credit related posts within a reputable financial institution
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Must be able to make decisions requiring analytical, interpretative, evaluative and constructive thinking
• Strong management skills
