Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Develop appropriate selling including cross-selling approaches to potential and current customer’s to facilitate achievement of the business plan.
•Maintain relationships with customers to increase knowledge of customer situation and enhance business opportunities.
•Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet the organization’s criteria and customer needs.
•Regularly review account performance making appropriate adjustments for optimizing returns realized.
•Make appropriate customer referrals to other units to facilitate retention and continued relationship.
•Address customer problems and complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions, coordinating with other units as appropriate.
•Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization’s and customers’ interests.
•Maintain strict control of confidential documents to prevent loss or misuse.

Requirements

•University graduate in a business or commercially-related discipline.
•5-8 years’ experience in a banking environment in a similar role.
•Full knowledge SAIB policies and procedures related to products and services
•Written and spoken fluency in Arabic and English
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent analytical skills related to financial figures and statistics
•Broad understanding of SAMA rules and regulations
•Broad understanding of fraud and risk prevention practices
•Broad knowledge of the local banking industry
•Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
