Job description / Role
- To profile existing premium clients in order to identify their banking requirements and to introduce them to appropriate new products and services.
- To maximise revenues and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service that they receive.
- To identify and establish new relationships, consistent with the Banks objectives, so that market share is maximized.
- Achieve and maintain monthly and yearly sales targets and take corrective action whenever needed, to keep sales target achievement, within track.
- Negotiate with customers to deliver the most favourable financial terms possible for the Bank while maintaining competitiveness, within the market.
- Ensure zero loss on assigned portfolio through proper relationship management including identifying warning signals and vigorous follow up of accounts, in transactional difficulties.
- Ensure maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity when dealing with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years banking experience within the Corporate banking sector, in relationship management.
- Various training on credit / corporate Risk Analysis.
- University education preferably Commerce/Business Management/Finance/Marketing.
- Statistical Analysis or Accounting.
