Employment: Full Time

Company:
Our client is an investment bank in Riyadh. They provide a variety of services including Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Brokerage Services.
They are currently looking to recruit Relationship Manager Private Banking/ Corporate Banking.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing and Sales Objectives
Achieve annual financial objectives assigned by the Management
Sustain and increase customers base (with more than SAR 5 Million invested assets) , volumes, products ratio, services ratio and profitability
Should spend 70% of time meeting clients
Implement marketing strategy, goals and penetration
Achieve products sales (conventional & Islamic) and services subscription objectives
Manage campaigns, sales activities and increase the segments market share
Execute marketing plans and sales promotions
Advocate WM strategies for products, services, pricing, advertising, sales, marketing, and distribution to improve WM program and market results
Participate in preparing the department annual budget to increase customers base, volume, products, services and profitability
Reduce to the minimum customers and assets attrition
Analyze quarterly competitors in same line of business and report findings to the Management
Update the Management with customers comments and suggestions
Update the Management with the department weekly marketing activities
Quality of Service
Ensure WM staff is providing service excellence to customers.
Provide expert advice on products and services when needed.
Ensure WM staff is knowledgeable of all products, services and process.
Ensure customers inquiries are well taken care of and within a limited time.
Ongoing update and correct customer contact information (KYC).
Coordinate multi-resource, interdepartmental activities related to the Company customer relationships in order to avoid confusion and to maximize the service impact to the customer
Improve company delivery and produce enhancements and conduct proper implementations
Ensure WM staff are providing personalized and professional services to customers
Develop tailored products and services that fit the needs of the segment
Update the Management with the department weekly quality of service activities
Customers
Handle the HNW customers relationships personally.
Identify HNW customers needs and wants ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure HNW segment features and benefits are well explained to customers.
Provide special focus on qualified HNW customers, prospects.
Conduct customer calls and visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer complaints and problems solving.
Perform joint visits to customers with the RMs.
Update the Management with the department weekly customer activities.
Activities and Operations:
Ongoing development of HNWI segment, staff, process, system, products and services.
Ensure WM staff is obligated to companys roles and policies.
Ensure WM staff is reporting any suspicion activity or transaction.
Ensure relationship management development and investment skills, maximize account yield and improve market penetration.
Close monitoring segment performance across all levels.
Conduct proper follow up with other departments.
Close coordination with other departments.
Actively participate and assist in all related company activities.
Manage, develop, monitor and train WM staff to provide service excellence.
Select appropriate training courses for WM staff to improve their skills.
Update the Management with the department weekly activities and operations.
Obligations:
Ensure the staffs are following all company's roles and policies.
Implement customer information to be strictly confidential.
Ensure that WM staff understands new tasks and processes for implementation.
Ensure high punctuality level among the staff.
Encourage staff to maintain professional look and dress code.
Administration function
Develop WM department, segments, service quality, process and control.
Carry out work distribution and delegation.
Ensure fair and well-organized work load and work flow.
Close monitoring performance vs. budget and evaluation.
Develop strong relationships with other departments managements to ensure common understanding and support of company goals and processes.
Assist in preparing the departments annual budget, general expenses, investments, manpower requirements, volume of activities and income in coordination with Senior WM Manager.
Manage and control the department expenses.
Manage the preparation and distribution of numerous internal and communications materials to ensure high quality and timely communications, including:
- Special customer communications.
- Relationship reporting.
- Internal and external newsletters.
- Promotional materials.
Present ideas to improve and maintain WM activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field
Relevant degree and certifications
CME1 required
Written and oral communications skills in English & Arabic
Saudi nationals
