Relationship Manager - Correspondent Banking - Dubai
Due to rapid expansion, a global financial services Company based in Dubai are seeking to recruit a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER with extensive experience in CORRESPONDENT / TRANSACTIONAL Banking sales gained within a TIER 1 bank to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT coupled with a CASH MANAGEMENT / PAYMENTS background. You will be responsible for generating a sales pipeline in order to acquire, maintain and grow key Banking Partner relationships in the GCC and Africa.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Identify and establish relationships with target banks and sign up Partnerships
- Growing revenues in strategic markets through; building propositions, creating market entry strategies and the execution of pipeline development activities.
- Direct engagement with potential customers throughout the sales process and a significant amount of interaction with internal teams to support the design of appropriate customer solutions.
- Managing the entire sales process and working with the management to negotiate and drive to closure transactional agreements with clients.

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a sales or relationship management role - specifically in Payments gained within Banking and Finance.
Candidates must have established business links with Correspondence Banks in the Middle East and / or Africa. Proven network management skills are essential, as well as an in depth knowledge of Emerging Markets and a keen eye for business opportunities.
