The Role


My client is a leading UAE based bank and they are looking for Relationship Managers to join their operations on Permanent basis in UAE.

The purpose of this role is to:

• To acquire new to bank of high net worth individuals (portfolio of AED > 500,000 m plus)

• Achieve sales volumes and targets and contribute to the bottom line profitability of the division and the bank.

• The RM will work closely in partnership with Excellency Centers RMs in the acquisition of quality business and hand over the same for deepening relationship and investment penetration.

They are looking for someone with:

• University degree
• Solid banking and investments experience
• 3+ years experience in direct selling
• Aggressive, go getter with good communication and negotiation Skills
• Excellent, networking skills
• Excellent grasp and understanding of global and regional financial markets and products.
• Ability to manage sales plan with capabilities in structuring transactions to meet the client’s requirements and being able to maximize relationships profitability
• Excellent skills in written & spoken English
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage

Job Type: Permanent
Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai
Salary: 15,000AED – 16,500AED per month (tax free)
