My client, an international insurance company, are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their General Insurance team.
This would be the ideal position for a candidate with 2-3 years experience in another insurance company in a similar position.
Job Responsibilities:
- The role of Relationship Manager is to build and manage the relationships within the General Insurance segment.
- The role includes increasing the present portfolio through new sales, renewals, and cross sales.
- Responsible for all client servicing
- Responsible for meeting the set retention rate of the portfolio allotted
- Responsible for meeting the set new sales targets
- Responsible to ensure that the profitability of the portfolio is increasing and maintained
Requirements
- 2-3 Years prior experience in an insurance company
- Knowledge of UAE General Insurance market, Client servicing, Account Management , Administration and data entry
- Enthusiastic and focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales driven
