- At least 6-7 years experience in RM role marketing new clients and managing a portfolio of existing clients
- Very good marketing and relationship building skills
- Strong credit and risk analysis skills (including financial analysis)
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to maintain a high repute with the Clients/Customers
- Candidate should have strong experience the similar field
