Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide inputs to the Head of Private Banking for developing a credible set of products to attract and retain valuable customers and thereby increase market share and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, in cooperation with the Head of Private Banking and Sales & Marketing Unit, for the products and services offered by the department.
- Maintain and expand the HNW customer base through introduction of innovative products backed by provision of superior services.
- Ensure processes are in place for launch of new products tailored for the HNW customer segment, including the smooth launch of the same.
- Market the Group’s products and services to the HNW customers (includes the Ruling Family members and the Government officials).
- Conduct visits to HNW customers to strengthen relationships through personalized interaction and at the same time market Group products and services.
- Act as the single point of contact for all services all needs/ queries pertaining to HNW customers. Ensure customer complaints are handled/ resolved in the most expeditious manner.

Requirements

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers allocated to him, including members of the Ruling Family and Government officials and act as a ‘one-stop solution’ for all Private Banking customer requests/ needs. In doing so, the incumbent will liaise with the respective departments/units within the Group to ensure priority processing of customer needs/ requests. The senior RM must be able to work closely as part of the RM team to develop referrals from existing client base and generate leads for acquiring new clients.

Requirements:

- University graduate with at least 5 years managerial experience in financial services with a specialization in managing accounts/ relationships with HNW customers.
- Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for the private banking segment with at least 3 years experience in local environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
- Superior people relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices.
- Good understanding of the Private Banking (HNW) customer base, its needs and expectations.
- Follows a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available to HNW customers.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and financial management skills.
