The Role


The Role

Your role will be to drive and deliver exceptional business performance through powerful Customer Relationship management by building, developing and maintaining highly personalised lasting key relationships. You will use your extensive experience and knowledge to assist key customers with the aim of making their money work best for them and supporting them in understanding their finances. You will develop significant sales and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through these relationships; ensuring conformity with local/global market standards of customer service, regulatory compliance and National Bonds terms & conditions.

To be successful in this role, you should have the drive for superior performance and have the ability to focus on activities which will have a positive impact on sales, retention and customer satisfaction levels. You should be able to effectively establish a network of contacts within the UAE, be socially adept and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of contacts. A minimum of 4 years experience in CRM with a bank or a financial institution in the wealth management or priority banking area is required. Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this position.
