The RoleThe RoleA leading International Wealth Management company are currently looking to expand the relationship management team in their Mass Affluent segment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, highly successful team for an experienced Investment professional who can demonstrate a track record of success working with UAE domiciled clients in a pressurised, sales environment. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new relationships with clients with an investable surplus of $300,000 - $4,500,000 within a geography that extends from North Africa through to the Far East. The Relationship Manager will act in an advisory capacity and recommend a tailored range of products to each client. The company offer a diverse range of products to clients including structured products, FX, Credit, direct equity, mutual funds and trusts. Key Responsibilities: •Build upon the existing book of clients through client referrals and well as introductions from other divisions. •Conduct regular visits to clients ensuring that you are continually informed of each clients risk appetite and investment objectives. •Ensure a rounded, holistic approach when making Investment recommendations to clients. Work closely with internal product specialists to ensure this is achieved •Construct credit proposals including risk analysis and mitigation for sign off by the appropriate internal team •Responsible for ensuring that the advice given to clients is in line with the companies global and market standards. •Daily supervision of support staff. |
RequirementsRequirements•It is essential that you have previous experience in a client advisory role working with High Net Worth clients •Previous experience of working with UAE domiciled clients is strongly preferred •A strong appreciation of regulatory standards with a preference for experience of providing advice to clients in line with Swiss Banking (or similar) standards. •A strong knowledge of a wide range of asset classes as well as demonstrable knowledge of global economic and political conditions and current affairs and how these affect client behaviours. •Proven success and ability to work in a target orientated, pressurised sales environment •Strong relationship builder and manager with the ability to evolve deep rooted relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. •You will ideally be degree educated (or equivalent) with a strong preference for applicants with a financial qualification. •Fluency in English is essential with a strong preference for fluency in Arabic. |
