Job description / Role
- To provide portfolio of HNW clients with personalized services so as to develop close relationship
- Enhance bank's balance sheet/sales revenue and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients
- Source new business from HNW clients through referrals,marketing activities and personal contacts
- Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by bank
Requirements
- We need people who can handle HNI clients
- Location is Fujairah
- People managing AED 400,000 or more for 1 client
- Monthly fee income target is USD 25-27,000
- An RM reports to a Branch Manager for day to day affairs and functionally to an Area Manager for wealth.
- The Area Manager reports to the Head of Sales for wealth who in turn reports to the head of wealth management
- There are 3 Area managers and 45 RMs for the wealth business
- Next level is an SRM
