Relationship Manager

The Company
Established as one of Bahrain’s top locally owned Banks, our client was set up over 60 years ago and now has over 500 employees. They have a major share of the domestic banking market. Our client is urgently looking for a Relationship Manager for their Bahrain Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients in order to maintain a healthy relationship & to build the portfolio.
- Business development with new clients - Proactively seeking opportunities for portfolio growth.

- Recommend objectives and action plans to increase share of the business portfolio.

- Evaluate competition and identify their weaknesses

- Market Bank’s products and services to Banking customers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced degree in a relevant subject from a reputable University.

- Five to nine years experience in a Corporate Relationship Management position within a reputable financial institution.

- Must be able to make decisions based on prior knowledge and experience.

- Must be innovative, enthusiastic individual with good management skills.
