Job description / Role
Objectives:
Helping investors identify Real Estate opportunities within the UK property market, and work alongside them to form a trusted long-term partnership based on performance and trust.
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for your sales targets.
- To communicate with staff in other branches regarding the referral of clients.
- Participate in marketing meetings and the development of marketing plans.
- The execution of marketing activities as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Participation in marketing activities e.g. exhibitions, VIP client events, and any other activity outlined in marketing plan.
- To generate sales from own client database. This may include travelling to branches around the GCC to meet with clients.
- To cross sell new products to existing clients as well as maintaining the relationship of existing clients.
- Responding to enquiries from GRE Assets Website.
- To introduce new products into the market.
- Upon the launch of new product, provide a sales forecast.
- Follow up with client payments.
- Arranging of client contracts.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (provided the candidate has sufficient industry experience a bachelor degree is not an essential requirement)
Sales experience:
Minimum 5 years and must have a client database.
Organisation skills
