Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Relationship Manager you will be seeking to achieve revenue targets by ensuring highest satisfaction among SME customers in the assigned territory and by cross- and up-selling Nawras services to the same.

You will be responsible of building and maintain strong relationships with customers through desk based account management and through visits (limited to top customers) of a customer base comprised of SMS customers within an assigned territory, supporting customers' needs for proposals, sales, installations, maintenance, billing and other functions as necessary, providing an effective and proactive after sales service to customers, providing timely order status update to customers, managing the service requirements of the assigned customer base and ensure all customer requirements are identified and translated into business proposals, working closely with field Account Managers to convert identified cross- and up-selling opportunities to sales, achieving productivity, churn and revenue targets, promoting Nawras' image by effective resolution of complaints and disputes and by providing excellent customer service, co-ordinating with other units within Nawras to ensure a high level of customer service, escalating problems or disputes, if any, to management as required and keep them updated on progress, keeping customers updated with progress

Requirements

You should have a minimum of 4 years working with a university degree in a business management with experience with sales or customer service. (experience from telecommunication or IT services is desirable)
* Good planning and organising skills.
* Good customer service focus.
* Good selling and customer focus/service skills.
* Very good oral and written English a must. Arabic skills are an advantage.
* Good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office.
