The RoleThe RoleRelationship Manager, Qatar Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Relationship Manager to join its team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for the provision of relationship management services to assigned Islamic corporate customers. Responsibilities: • Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors when required. • Manage Islamic corporate customer relationship to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets set. • Monitor assigned loan portfolios and ensure compatibility with the bank’s strategy, risk profile, policies and procedures. • Book new business relationships for the bank and penetrate existing relationships within the acceptable risk parameters. • Prepare comprehensive credit reviews on assigned portfolios to address relevant risk factors in the industry, market and business. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally MBA with Marketing. • At least 5 years banking experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a similar position in a major banking institution in the GCC. • Well-informed of the Islamic banking relationship structure, industry practices and regulations.
