Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintain regular official and social contact with local / multinational companies as per internal credit policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy in order to maintain and increase market share, customer satisfaction, as well as to generate profitable business opportunities.
- Work effectively with customers to deepen relationship with bank. Build long term relationships with sustainable growth in revenues.
- Plan, organize, manage and control the department activities (portfolio) and resources in order to ensure optimal results.
- Achieve assigned level of net revenue from funded and non-funded facilities.
- Grow customer portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships and new to bank relationships.
- Increase quality advances and deposit portfolio.
- Increase the gross yield on funded and non-funded facilities and decrease the average cost of deposit.
- Increase trade business in line with assigned targets.
- Regular review of the portfolio.
- Ensure internal compliance with the bank's credit policy.
- Maximize profit of the portfolio.
- Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
- Analyze financial requirements of customer and match with bank's product offerings.
- Convert leads successfully into new to Bank accounts.
- Collaborate with product, credit and functional specialists to deliver timely and effective customer solutions.
- Follow up of overdue in Temporary Overdraft, Loans, etc
- Monitoring disbursal and utilization of facilities.
- Operate within Risk and Compliance requirements framework.
- Frequent calls on existing and prospective customers
- Research, create and follow up a target list for potential new business.
- Control the quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policies.

Requirements

- Masters / Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance.
- At least 5 years experience in RM / SRM position in corporate banking in UAE.
- An in-depth knowledge of corporate banking products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
