Job Description

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of long term client relationships in the high net-worth individual (HNWI) client segment and have an existing network of promising contacts in the Middle East (GCC and Levant).

Thanks to your knowledge of the market, your experience in coordinating work with colleagues from different businesses such as Commercial Banking and Corporate & Institutional Clients, and your thorough understanding of the environment in the region, you will be able to generate significant value for both our clients and Standard Chartered Private Bank.

To sum up, your vocation lies in strongly contributing to the growth of the Private Bank in the Middle East.

Requirements

You will have a good chance of success if you are a client and service oriented person with the following key attributes:

* Proven track record in acquisition and development of HNWI new client groups within the Middle East and the willingness to apply these abilities to your new area of responsibility
* In-depth knowledge of the Middle Eastern markets and its regulatory framework
* Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the area of Wealth Management, but also in Corporate Banking
* Familiarity with processes and procedures in a financial institution
* Stamina and determination to produce results
* Teamplayer
* Well structured/organized and diligent approach to work
* Proficiency in English; Arabic is a definite advantage (both oral and in writing)
