Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Marketing and selling the company's products to customers and increase the size of assets under management to achieve financial targets.
- Application of corrective action to the problems faced by customers and provides suggestions for the development of the service and the non-recurrence of these problems.
- Provide quality services to customers and the time needed to meet customer needs.
- Receives direct telephone customer inquiries and handling problems related to their transactions as soon as possible.
- Maintains a relationship with the customer and works to continually developed through communication professional construction, and the work required field visits, and makes sure that the quality of services provided to them exceed their expectations and meet the desires and needs in order to ensure their preservation.
- Enter customer information in computer systems and used to update this information permanently.

Requirements

- Education: Qualified college or university Average appropriate certified / CME- 1
- Expertise and training: the experience of not less than two years in the financial marketing, preferably in the banking sector or investment, of which at least one year as an administrator customer relationships.
