Relocation Consultant - Dubai - 12,000 AED P/M - Fixed 1 Year Contract - VR/14952

Our client is seeking a Relocation Consultant to join their team in Dubai.

The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of local destination service programs based on the companys Relocation clients global policies and benefits. The candidate will act as the primary point of coordination and accountability to Client HR and also transferring assignees while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Role of the Relocation Consultant:

- To manage the process of the relocation for the assignee and family from pre-decision trip to arrival, through to settling, ongoing support management and departure.
- To keep up to date on local knowledge as well as expatriate issues in the international community including, housing market, international schools, recreation, health issues, public transportation, groceries, Expatriate activities, domestic help, etc.
- To coordinate with all internal departments to ensure success.
- To sort out initiating documentation from client and establish (and look after) paper and soft files.
- To participate in client / prospect visits and presentations, where required.
- To manage the 3rd partys providers like field consultants, car rental companies, etc.

Requirements

Experience and Skills Required for the Relocation Consultant:

- 2+ years experience relevant relocation focused.
- Excellent communication; preferably with previous experience in living abroad and / or communicating with all levels of employees, and across cultures.
- Good computer skills.
- The ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Fluent English language skills (any other languages advantageous).
- Must have a strong customer service background with ability to build relationships.
