Our client is a leading name within the Relocation Industry in the Far East. They are currently seeking a Relocation Services Manager for their Hong Kong offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and forward thinking Industry professional.

Duties:
Managing and supervising our growing Hong Kong Relocation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and developing the operations and management of a customer-focused Relocation services. Providing innovative solutions for, but not limited to home search, orientation programs and Visa applications. The primary purpose of this position is to provide the highest quality of customer care to all clients by responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will thrive in a team environment, you will be solutions orientated and committed to providing superior customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven Management experience within a customer-facing role
- Generalist knowledge of Real Estate, Human Resources or Expatriate management
- Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential and fluency in other languages is desired
