Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly desirable MNC business. Our client is looking to hire a Relocation Specialist to be based from their office in Riyadh.
This role will report directly to the Head of Global Mobility, based in the US and will manage the relocation services for internal business partners. You will manage and coordinate a range of facilities including move management and relocation services. You will also lead a small group of relocation counsellors and select service providers. In addition you will be responsible for providing advice relating to relocation and assignment as well as conduct studies to determine best practice and identify trends, issues and make recommendations. This role will also encompass audit and compliance checks to ensure performance standards and develop improvement plans, this will include participating in the development and understanding of relocation and assignment theories.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Masters and have a minimum of eight years’ experience within a related field. You should be analytical and customer focused, have strong English communication skills and demonstrate proven experience of building positive relationships. Only Saudi Nationals will be considered for this position.
