JOB PURPOSE:
* To manage the Company and Demonstrator vehicle process effectively in accordance with the Company Demo Policy. The job role is also responsible to make sure that all documentations pertaining to Company and Demo cars are absolutely in order which is a prerequisite by Audit.
DESCRIPTION:
* Responsible in assisting, managing and organising a fleet of Company/Demonstrator Cars in accordance with the Company Demo Policy.
* Work in conjunction with direct reports to provide a consistently high level of internal customer satisfaction which include Associates, Departments, HR, CRD, EIT, Finance, Showrooms, Etc.
* Responsible for a smooth take over and handover of Company Car to Associates in accordance to the Demo Policy.
* Also liaise with Workshops for accurate damage/repair estimate. Ensure these cars are transferred to Used car stock.
* Accurate handling and producing of reports via SAP IS Auto with regards to cost centres, employee bands, etc.
* Responsible in assisting Company car vehicle registration, maintaining Salik account, managing traffic fine recoveries.
* Safe keeping of Company cars, keys, company car records. Ensuring all the documentations are filed and accounted for.

Requirements
* Degree from any recognized University or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years Automotive experience
* Experience in managing and administration of Fleet vehicles will be an added advantage
* UAE/GCC experience preferred
* Experience of working with SAP IS Auto and knowledge in Microsoft is desirable
