Job description / Role
- Oversee all personnel and operational functions of different locations.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of high customer service & schedule adequate staff coverage.
- Handle all customer issues and requests.
- Able to take appropriate and swift decisions independently.
- Capable to handle properly a fleet of vehicles that exceeds 500 cars.
- Responsible for the rental fleet at all locations (facility & staff).
- Be aware of daily reservations, vehicle make and model availability, preventive maintenance schedules... etc.
- Control day to day operating costs of the rental operations.
- Training new staff and ensure adequate induction and on-boarding for each.
- Continually monitor and assess the rental market opportunities.
- Coordinate with our service center to set time tables for preventive/ scheduled maintenance of vehicles.
- Drive performance through engaging teams and by leading by example.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree graduate (BA or similar).
- +10 years Auto Rental experience.
- Minimum +5 years of management experience.
- Operations & Customer Service experience are plus.
- Strong organizing and team building abilities & be able to lead, manage & train subordinates.
- Capability & work experience in handling sudden occurrence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Should be results and objectives oriented professional
- Excellent communications skills with ability to engage in Customers verbal interactions.
- Proficient in using MS office applications.
- Bilingual (Arabic mother tongue with English fluency).
